Job Identification

We are on the looking for a Supply planning specialist for the Operational team in Namangan.

What we expect

  • Collect and store planning information: Gather and maintain technical, social, and economic data necessary for creating production plans.
  • Prepare input data: Provide required data for the preparation of plant work plans and submit them to the planning executive.
  • Forecast raw material stock levels: Predict stock levels for raw materials and supplies to ensure continuous production flow.
  • Order raw materials: Calculate and generate orders for the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
  • Create purchase requests (PR): Use the SAP system to create PRs for raw material orders and notify the purchasing department accordingly.
  • Prepare reports: Ensure that reports are prepared on time as per deadlines and internal standards.
  • Update reference information: Regularly update the reference and regulatory information used in job functions.
  • Create/modify materials in SAP: Add or modify materials in the SAP system and MRP program based on written requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Adhere to food safety requirements: Ensure compliance with food safety standards and promptly report any SMPB (food safety management system) issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform STOs between warehouses: Handle stock transfer orders (STOs) between company warehouses using the SAP system.
  • Organize raw material shipments: Ensure that raw materials are shipped to the relevant company branches in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in economics or technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or in the field of planning, preferably in supply chain or production planning.
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Experience with SAP systems, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality.
  • English (upper-intermediate) with the ability to understand technical documentation.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and forecast production needs and stock levels.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth planning processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety management systems and commitment to adhering to established standards.
