Job Identification
We are looking for a Warehouse supervisor in Namangan plant.
What we expect
- To assess the finished goods and material warehouse shipment requests, analyze the related shipment reports
and deploy the tasks of the employees, to follow and control the works
- To enable colloboration with logistics companies for transportation transactions
- Make sure the continuity of production with the right HC distribution, pallet management and stock
management
- Collaboration with internal or external stakeholders to improve existing systems and be apart of the continous
improvement projects in the plant or in Supply Chain
- To maintain the warehouse activities at the right quality and to enable the shipment information flow to relevant
partners
- To manage all the fleet activities of the warehouse thus garage manangement
- To keep the inventory of all warehouse counted and verified periodically
- To prepare and control reports for the well-maintained process of the system
- In order to create a clean, organized and hygienic working environment ensuring the GMP implementations in
place (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- To ensure all the safety implementations in place in accordance with all legal, KORE and CCİ regulations
- To follow-up FEFO reports regularly and take necessary actions for the FGs that are not moving and might have
potential expiry date problems for disposal with related partners
- Providing follow-up key performance indicators such as labor productivity, warehouse expenses, work accidents,
overtime and annual leave management of its direct reports
- Prepare the budget plan of warehouse operations and to maintain all the activities aligned within that budget
