Job Identification

To ensure efficient and effective production processes by managing machinery and equipment performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and supervising operational staff. The Production Engineer will also be responsible for implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules based on OEM recommendations and organizing training for operators, technicians, and foremen to uphold production standards.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing downtime through strategic maintenance practices, and empowering technical teams through training and leadership all in support of delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality products

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of daily production and maintenance activities to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

• Plan, develop and realize protective and preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of 
  machinery & equipment

• Ensure realization of planned production program, Carry out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the 
  process 

• Carry out criteria assessments and prepare the report for continuous improvement and performance follow 
  up, present it to management, plan and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions

• Manage the line OPEX budget and equipment investment projects

• Manage the spare parts stock level

• Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production output.

• Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to carry out timely repairs and upgrades.

• Organize training programs for machine operators, technicians, and foremen to improve technical skills and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.

• Maintain documentation related to maintenance records, equipment history, and training logs.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement engineering solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• To make sure all production machinery and equipment, utilities are top notch maintained in line with SAP 
  plant maintenance plans.

• Support safety and quality assurance standards by enforcing company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/electronic Engineering
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a production or maintenance engineering role, preferably within the beverage, food processing, or FMCG industry.
• Strong foundation in mechanical systems, automation, electrical components, and control systems.
• Proven track record in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Experience with PLC systems, SCADA, and robotic automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with OEM standards, safety protocols, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
