Job Objective

Works directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals. Executes all HR processes for GO employees according to CCI policies and procedures. Implements and develops the processes for GO teams in terms of main policies designed by CoE teams and advises on HR regarding policy and procedure creation. Partner with people managers in the relevant Group Office functions to develop and implement people strategies.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants. Source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions at lower and middle levels. Manage all recruitment, termination, replacement, appointment, promotion processes in line with CCI policies

Transform Line Managers into people managers by developing capability on core HR processes and leadership skills through coaching, mentoring and training, enabling them to drive maximum value for the business.

Enabling the Territory HR Business Partner, Territory Leadership and Functional HR BPs in deployment, implementation and execution of organization strategies and people agenda in order to achieve functional synergies and enable effective delivery of business objectives.

Nurture the Territory HR Specialist and develop them to ensure they have the right HR capabilities to support the HR operating model and deliver to the business.

"Collaborate with territory leadership and HR COE teams to territory specific engagement action plans and activities resulting in highly motivated/engaged teams.

Conduct organizational climate/engagement survey at Territory level and advise line leaders on robust action planning and flawless implementation to help CCI Pakistan achieve the vision best employer status."

Education

University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree) in Business

Minimum Total Experience

Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
