To make necessary transportation, HC and Forklift organizations according to the delivery schedules notified by the central planning and sales departments and realize shipments.

Main Responsibilities

To receive and record new stock as it comes in and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed. Supply Chain Associate creates schedules, monitors stock levels at the warehouse and knows when to replenish stock with aid of Warehouse supervisor and planning department.

To enable collaboration with logistics companies for transportation transactions. 

To perform the loading process of finished goods in accordance with FEFO rules and inventory reports, counting and control of vehicles.

To control the products and semi-products coming from the production and from the plants to ensure right stocking in warehouse layout plan.

To provide the whole arrangement of the warehouse (FG – RM stock areas, pallet repair area, battery charging areas, hold & disposed products stock area, LPG tubes stock area etc.)

To do SAP transactions for all related activities

To count and verify the inventory of all warehouse periodically 

To maintain the warehouse activities at the right quality and to enable the shipment information flow to relevant partners. 

To ensure all the safety implementations in place in accordance with all legal, KORE and CCİ regulations 

Candidate Education

Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related logistics role.

Proven ability to handle warehouse equipment, manage stock levels, and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

Strong understanding of safety standards, inventory systems (e.g., WMS), and operational efficiency practices.
