Job Identification
We are on the lookout for a Production Engineer for the Operational team in Tashkent.
What we expect
- Technical maintenance: Perform technical maintenance of equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly troubleshoot and fix any malfunctions in case of emergency equipment stops to minimize downtime.
- Fault registration: Keep records of faults and their solutions in the fault log, monitor operators' entries regarding the reasons for and duration of equipment downtime.
- Technical inspection (TO): Conduct regular technical inspections of production lines jointly with operators and line supervisors.
- Planned preventive repairs (PPR): Create and execute a PPR schedule in coordination with the department head.
- Lubrication work: Perform technical lubrication work and implement progressive norms for lubricant material consumption.
- Training staff: Train and supervise operators and line supervisors in repair and lubrication work.
- Troubleshooting: Ensure quick resolution of any issues on the line either by your own team or with the help of operators and line supervisors.
- Control of equipment operation: Ensure proper operation of the equipment and prevent any failures.
- Reporting on equipment status: Provide timely information on the status of production equipment.
- Ordering spare parts and lubricants: Timely order necessary spare parts and lubricants to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines.
- Log of work performed: Maintain a log of completed technical work, identified faults, and repairs.
- Equipment servicing as per schedule: Ensure equipment is serviced according to the preventive maintenance schedule and inspection requirements.
- Maintain equipment in working condition: Keep all production equipment in working order to prevent disruptions in production.
Qualifications
- Higher technical education.
- Minimum of 5 years working as an engineer in facilities with high-speed production lines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Intermediate level of English (ability to read and understand technical documentation).
- Ability to read mechanical drawings of machinery from various manufacturers.
- Knowledge of the purpose of all equipment on the production line and how they interact.
- Experience working with high-speed production lines, skills in equipment setup and control.
- Ability to quickly address breakdowns and out-of-norm situations, attention to detail.
- Ability to train and collaborate with operators and line supervisors.
