Job Identification
We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Namangan Plant.
What we expect
- Ensure production and related equipment are maintained to the highest standard to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Implement an effective PM (preventative maintenance) program to deliver sustained equipment reliability in line with Coca-Cola Icecek policies, goals, and objectives
- Partner with Operations to lead AM and PM standards for FPR (Factory performance and reliability)
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring ongoing coaching and development
- Provide hands-on breakdown support for the manufacturing and maintenance team with a focus on timely and effective RCA
Qualifications
- Electrical / mechatronics engineering or similar background
- Experience with process and manufacturing equipment used in FMCG manufacturing (e.g. rotary fillers, labelers, tanks, pumps, packaging equipment, etc.
- Russian and English - Intermediate and above.
- SAP (preferred)
- Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Competencies and additional skills in accordance with the IMPACT Model.
