Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) established for the position.
  • Participate in the development of monthly production programs and daily shift tasks for assigned sites.
  • Ensure timely production preparation, full loading, and uninterrupted equipment operation.
  • Ensure timely registration of all necessary technical documents and provision of complementary parts, spare parts, tools, etc., for production.
  • Arrange planned preventive maintenance of section equipment, air-conditioners, and compressors.
  • Supervise the provision of materials and energy resources, proper operation of equipment and other fixed assets, and economical consumption of raw materials, fuel, and materials. Identify, prevent, and rectify production flow issues.
  • Search for and implement measures to increase workforce productivity, reduce labor intensity, and lower product costs.
  • Analyze division performance during shifts, identify reasons for equipment downtime and product quality issues, and participate in developing and implementing corrective measures.
  • Conduct team-building activities within the collective.
  • Fulfill the duties of temporarily absent employees as directed by the manager.
  • Adhere to food safety requirements and promptly report any issues regarding the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to the manager.

Qualifications

  • University Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics Engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in production field
  • Advanced level English
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
