Job Identification
We are looking for Trade Marketing Specialist, who is responsible for Implementation and controlling of the site practices, and providing coordination with Marketing, Sales, Customers, Agencies and Suppliers, to be part of our Marketing team located in Sulimaniyah, Iraq
What We Expect
• Monitor and report competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead the management of Marketing Materials (MM) at warehouses, ensuring compliance with CCI standards for storage and inventory control.
• Train, coach, and conduct regular meetings with the sales team to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards and field execution.
• Liaise with suppliers to oversee timely implementation, dispatch, and distribution of merchandising materials, ensuring maximum product visibility in the market.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of MM codes in coordination with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to identify and coordinate branding opportunities at key sales points.
• Develop and execute in-store campaigns and initiatives in partnership with customers to boost sales and brand engagement.
• Manage Point of Purchase (POP) materials, in-store displays, and tactical promotions to drive incremental sales and retailer engagement.
• Conduct field visits alongside the sales team to assess execution of PICO’s toolkit, merchandising activities, cooler planogram compliance, and general field operations.
• Handle PR and PO management, including creation, tracking, and coordination with procurement and finance.
• Prepare and present detailed quarterly reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance, initiatives, and improvement areas.
• Always stay creative by researching the latest MM trends and presenting solutions for execution
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree business administration, sales & marketing.
• Min. 3 years of experience in the field of Marketing
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Strong Organisational skills
• Strong Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to deliver Business benefits / Business results
• Excellent Project Management capability
• Able to develop effective relationships
• Great Communication skills
• Able to work Cross-Functionally
• Advanced user in MS Office programs
• FMCG knowledge – product / history / philosophy
• Varied trade marketing experience and merchandising skills across multiple channels.
