Work Experience

 

  • For a Middle-level position: 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting.

Professional Skills and Knowledge:

 

  • Excellent knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement).

  • Experience in building financial models and forecasts.

  • Knowledge of management accounting and budgeting.

  • Understanding of IFRS and/or local accounting standards (RAS).

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros).

  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau — preferred).

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C ERP, etc.).

Personal Qualities:

 

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to process and interpret large volumes of data.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present analysis results.

  • Self-organization and ability to work in multitasking environments.

  • Initiative and results-oriented.

Candidate Education

  • Higher education in the field of economics, finance, accounting, or mathematics.

  • Additional education (ACCA, CFA — preferred).
