Job Identification

We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team department in Tashkent

What we expect:

  • Organizing and monitoring HR administration processes in compliance with the Labor Code and the Company’s internal regulations
  • Preparing internal and external HR reports (vacancy reports, quotas, reports to the military enlistment office, etc.)
  • Controlling the military registration process (monthly letters, verification of T-2 forms, annual reports)
  • Maintaining vacation records and monitoring compliance with the annual leave schedule
  • Ensuring proper storage of personnel and strict reporting documents
  • Preparing and regularly updating the staffing schedule
  • Monitoring the submission of time sheets
  • Tracking working hours, including overtime, work on public holidays and weekends, as well as employee absences, in accordance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Ensuring timely transfer of HR orders and personal files of dismissed employees to the archive
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions for specialists on labor legislation topics
  • Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data in 1C: Enterprise 8 and SAP SuccessFactors systems
  • Participating in the development of technical specifications for improvements and development of the 1C: Enterprise 8 system

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Team player with strong organizational and responsibility skills
  • Fluency in Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage)
  • English at Intermediate level or higher
