Job Identification
We are looking for a Production supervisor to join our Production team department in Tashkent.
What we expect
Organize the technical preparation of production and other activities of the department
Coordinate the department's work on testing new technical means, creating and mastering new types of equipment, planning the implementation of scientific and technical achievements, new equipment and advanced technologies
Manage drawing up of technical assignments for projects of newly erected structures, technical constructions, expansion, development and reconstruction of existing ones, for implementation of mechanization and automation means
Review and approve design documentation for equipment modernization and rationalization of workplaces
Participate in elaboration and implementation of resource-saving technologies, progressive norms of the main raw materials consumption, in investigation of reasons of defects and production of low-quality and high-quality products, in development of measures for the improvement of production quality and more effective usage of production facilities
Participate in the development of new and improvement of existing technological processes
To take part in carrying out works on revealing of production reserves, in development of measures on creation of favorable conditions of work, increase of production culture, rational use of working hours
To supervise observance by the subordinate personnel of labor and production discipline, rules of the internal labor order, instructions on labor safety and instructions on labor protection and fire safety, other normative and technical documents
To plan the withdrawal of equipment for maintenance and repair, as well as to control the timely supply of necessary consumables and spare parts
Plan and budget for use for proper and uninterrupted operation of accountable equipment
Supervise open purchase orders for services or spare parts through the SAP program and their proper write-off
Ensure timely and uninterrupted supply of energy resources for the needs of production processes, production buildings, warehouse, service center and administration. (Except in the case of gas and electricity outages from government agencies)
To organize and supervise the safe performance of work on the site entrusted to him.
Qualifications
University degree in technical education
Work experience: At least 3 years
Internal work regulations of the Company
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection
Ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibility
Russian and English - Intermediate and technical documentation
An analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in critical situations, under stressful and limiting factors
Competencies and additional skills in accordance with the IMPACT Model
Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
